Four dams to come down off of the Klamath!

I am so freaking happy to hear this, especially as I lived in the northwest for a number of years. But really, just as a Westerner, wanting water to flow properly again, and for another wildlife system to have a chance for restoration.

Huzzah!!

Nary a number in sight.

How is that even possible in this day and age?

Happy Earth Day!

Remember to recycle, and be sure to do your watering in the wee or twilight hours!

The heat of the planet is in our blood! May we all lively fiercely.

An editorial that brings a lot of environmental resources together...

I guess most of us <my friends> have all wondered the same thing.

How do I, as a renter, install a water capture system for my wee bit of gardening? I capture the warm up water in my shower, which is a huge plus... but all that rain, draining away....

I once lived in a place where there was no drain for the washer, so it just ran out the back into the greenest field in the neighborhood.

Factoid of the day: According to the London *Times*, it takes about as much energy to perform one internet search as it does to boil a cup of water for tea.

Everything has a cost. This sure puts daily choices/being 'green' in a very understandable form.

Well this sucks, but it's always good to be informed.

Bikes create 9 times the exhaust. Despite being twice as efficient. geeeeez.
