Peace on 9/11

I didn't come up with anything to mark Sept. 11 yesterday, though I did have some sense that I was missing something by not doing so. Still. I was ambivalent about the whole thing as well (politics).

Then, in yoga class (huzzah for the return of yoga!) my teacher decided to focus on breathing in peace as part of our breath practice (and breathing out contentment), and as part of our opening, had us breathe peace and do one round of om for everyone on that particular day.

That was perfect.
