"International LeatherSIR / Leatherboy" and "International Community Boot Black" contests are

now officially under the new ownership of "Leather Heritage LLC" (dba ILSb / ICBB) as recently

announced by Mark Frazier, Executive Producer and Randal Kinnear and Lou Molnar,

Co-Executive producers.

 

"We are currently negotiating to move the contest to San Francisco over the Columbus Day

weekend for 2008" says Mark Frazier.

 

"Affordable event package pricing is high on our list of improvements to the ILSb weekend event

that we want to benefit attendees and the community". Package prices will start at $79.00 for

early registration, $99.00 regular registration and $129.00 registration at the door.

 

The 2008 event weekend will also include contest events on both Friday and Saturday nights,

a new vendor mart, 20 or more educational workshops, a Sunday Brunch with a keynote speaker, 

and promises lots more to the benefit of attendees.

 

Mark, Lou and Randal feel that "one of the most difficult obstacles we faced as new owners was

the resolution of allowing only 'bio born males' to compete for the Titles of "SIR or "boy".  We are

extremely proud to announce that with the vast majority of support from our regional producers

that this issue has been resolved. 

 

Effective immediately, any individual who is "legally male" and "self identifies as gay male" can 

enter any local, regional feeder contest for the "International LeatherSIR / boy" titles, as has been

the case for the International Community Boot Black title.

 

We are very proud of these improvements and all the positive moves ILSb and ICBB are making

towards a "progressive future" for our communities.
