Local peeps - Joanne and I need more space! We're looking for a 2-3 bedroom house/duplex/stand-alone feeling apartment to rent, under $2k. Looking for a bit of back yard and at least a 1 car garage. And of course, cats permitted.  If you happen to know of anything, or see something interesting in your neighborhood, or know a good listings resource, please leave a comment.
