They keep dropping hints to Ducky's past on NCIS...
As to the comment in the description, as shown in the video, they did at least pay for their excessive drinking with hangovers or by making errors in their mission.

I remember The Man from U.N.C.L.E... am thinking it might be worthwhile to revisit it (and The Prisoner, as long as I'm wallowing....)
